Describe your spell/ability rotation on a regular raid encounter: Keep dots up, and get the eclipses.
How do you prepare yourself for a raid?: Yes, with pots, buff mats and a repaired gear.
Do you keep yourself up to date when it comes to theorycrafting and class changes: Yes, read forums and patchnotes.

What are your current regular playtimes?: Every day from 17.00 - 24.00
Are you involved in any activities that could interfere with your raiding?: I am playing basketball thursdays, but dont think it will harm raiding.

TBC-raid experience: Everything from Kara to Sunwell
WotLK-raid experience: Everything except toc hardmodes and 25 icc
Do you know your way around Ventrilo 2.x and have a microphone (and aren't afraid to use it): Yeap
Which guilds have you previously been in?: In a guild now, but it seems not that serious. They are not so into icc, but i am.
Why did you leave / Why were you kicked?: Im still in it.
Why do you want to join Panda Chess Club?: Looks like a serious guild that is prepared to take down the Lich King, when that time comes.
Why should we concider recruiting you? (Sell yourself... This is an important question: Because i think i am a very good, active, serious player that can bring something to the raid/guild etc.
Do you know anyone in the guild that would be able to vouch for your membership?: Dont know anyone yet. Hopefully i will in the future.

Did you get spec from level one and why did you spec like that? And you have not done Mimmiron, Yoggy and ToGC..

Well i'm not an officre and do not determines around here but imho better answers if he want to join.

When i hit 40 i decided to level as balance, played it all the way up to 80 and kept playing as it. And it is very fun to play.

Yeah havent done mimiron/general/yogg and algalon, not the TOGC, not OS 3D

Let's see. As I'm a moonkin myself, and have been for about 1,5y I know quite a lot of the class and will be as hard as possible on you.

The meta gem you use sucks. Use the one that increases crit dmg done instead.
Spell pen on back? why? Haste!
Spirit gem on chest?! NO! I will accept 23sp or 12sp and crit if it's not for the meta gem. Altso do a 10+stats enchant on it.
30sp on wrist
63SP on the Mainhand.
Slack gems in both hand and waist.
You are way over the haste soft cap ó_Ó. Try to aim at 425~ish
typhoon sucks if you don't like doing trash all the time. Also Owlkin frenzy? Useless.
get a better trinket

with the specc and the gear you wouldn't waste long in a long fight.
